This is indeed Devon, she could have probably had it removed. Nowadays technology is so advanced that more people got to have their tattoos removed just like Devon.

Unfortunately, this is not Devon, Devon has a rather large upper arm tattoo as well as a little one beside her belly button. This girl has neither.
